Introduction:
QZD-1400 type automatic spring roll production line is our factory recently developed a new spring roll processing equipment. The machine has a high degree of automation, automatic temperature control, and good sanitary conditions, which opens up a new way for traditional food processing with modern methods.
Working principle:
The batter is prepared according to the requirements of the dough paste-making process. After the dough is heated and baked by a circular baking wheel, the dough becomes a custom-shaped spring roll skin with fixed thickness.

Working methods:
1. Put the prepared slurry into the slurry barrel, and heat the roasting wheel to 120ºC;
2. Start the pulping pump and send the pulping to the leather mold (the shape can be customized according to customer requirements), and then make the pulping stick to the circular surface of the baking wheel through the leather mold. When the baking wheel rotates over 270-300 degrees, the ripening of the pulping is completed.
3. Separate the spring rolls on the conveyor belt made of bags with a leather knife.
4. When the spring roll skin is exported through the stuffing splitter, the stuffing splitter will evenly distribute the filling (the number of grams of filling can be adjusted) on each spring roll skin.
5. Wrap the stuffing with the spring roll skin and form the spring roll with the round wrapped part.
6. The last spring rolls fall directly on the cooling conveyor belt. At this time, the spring rolls can be manually sorted into the packing boxes and put into the cold storage, or fried directly through the frying machine.
Machine materials:
1.The frame of the whole equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2.The roasting wheel, roller, driving shaft etc. are carbon steel and polyurethane.
3.The transmission mesh belt is 1.5mm herringbone mesh belt.
4.The inside and outside of the pump are made of 304 material.
5.The mixer and slurry storage tank are 2.0mm thick plate.
6.The mold is made of 6061 high strength aluminum alloy
7.All the plates of the whole equipment have decorative thickness of 1.2mm and reinforcement of 5m-8mm.
