Principle of pomegranate peeling
1. This machine is composed of transmission device, Peeling device , crushing system and frame.
2. First, put the pomegranate into the feed hopper to press by manual feeding or conveyor belt.
3. The second pomegranate enters the lower crushing device, undergoes a second crushing, and is divided into various small pieces.
4. The third small piece enters the roller, it is combined with the rotary screen through the separation shaft and the separation of the skin and the seed under the rotation of the separation shaft and the separating device.
5. After the peeling is completed, the peeling system pushes the pomegranate peel out of the body, and the pomegranate fruit pieces are discharged from the lower outlet of the machine through the screen vibration.
