Working flow of cashew nut processing line:
1. Cashews picked from trees have dirt on the surface and need to be cleaned in the cashew washer to keep the cashews clean and conducive to the next step of cashews.
2. The size of the cleaned cashew goes in through the feeding port of the cashew grading machine. Due to the difference in size, it comes out through different outlets to achieve the effect of cashew grading.
3. The cashew nuts with shell should be fumigated at high temperature in the cashew cooking machine over 100ºC, after the process of disinfection, insecticidal, sterilization.
4. The cashew nut shelling machine is easy to operate and high efficiency, which is suitable machine for cashew nut factory.
5. The cashew shell and the kernals are together at the same time through the cashew shellers, so a shell kernel separator is needed to get the cashew kernals.
