The blanching machine is semi-automatic, which can save much time and labor cost. The blanching temperature and blanching time can be set advanced and adjusted according to the characteristic of the raw material, which is convenient. Meantime, the raw material can also be cleaned in the moving water and moved to the discharge conveyor that can be customized as chain nets or chain plates, making sure that the whole process is efficient, safe and hygienic.

The potato blanching machine is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which is difficult to deform and easy to maintain. Besides, self-automatic and easy to operation, it is an ideal equipment for the vegetable and food processing industry.

The blanching temperature can be adjusted within 98 degrees, which is suitable for most of fruits and vegetables. There is about 20 minutes to heating the water.
 
This machine is used for blanching and protecting the color of French fries, and the whole process is automatically conveyed, with a high degree of automation. Adjustable blanching temperature, automatic constant temperature, frequency conversion speed regulation of blanching time.

The blanching machine is applied for vegetable and fruit processing such as root plate slices, tomato, carrot, cabbage, spinach, asparagus, red bell pepper, sweet tomato and other fruits.
