1.Air Bubble Washing Machine
The machine use surfing, bubbling, water spray to wash fruits and vegetables, can clean the soil on the surface of the vegetable and fruit completely , can also add the right amount of reagents for sterilization to wash out the effect of pesticide residues on the surface of the vegetables and fruits.

 

2.  Washing and Peeling Machine
Ginger Washing and Peeling Machine is widely used for washing or peeling kinds of root vegetables, such as potato, carrot, ginger, sweet potato, onion, lotus roots, and fruits like apple, pear etc. The machine can wash or peel by change brush rollers.

3. Slicing Machine

Introduction of Ginger Processing Line:

1.The first step is to put the vegetables and fruits that need to be cleaned in the bubble washing machine for cleaning;
2.the second step is to use the conveyor belt to transfer the washed fruits and vegetables to the hair roller washing machine for secondary cleaning to ensure that the vegetables are clean 100%;
3.the third step is to remove some of the water from the fruits and vegetables through the vibrating screen;
4. the fourth step is to remove all the water from the fruits and vegetables from the vibrating screen into the air dryer;
5.the fifth step is to cut the cleaned fruits and vegetables according to the needs

Hoist
In order to achieve the purpose of washing peppers in large quantities, the peppers need to be continuously transported to the bubble washing machine. The hoist can accomplish this task. The height of the hoist can be adjusted, the conveying speed can be adjusted, and the material of the conveyor belt can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Bubble washing machine
This bubble washing machine can clean all kinds of vegetables and fruits. The washing machine has a circulating water tank and high-pressure spray pipe, which can carry out bubble surfing cleaning and spray washing of the pepper, effectively removing the stains on the surface of the material, and will not cause damage to the pepper or chili.

The types of conveyor belts are chain plate, mesh belt, and food-grade plastic plate. Small, irregular, long-pointed fruits and vegetables such as bean sprouts are suitable for chain-plate conveyor belts. Roots, round and regular fruits and vegetables, suitable for mesh belt conveyors. Tomatoes, potatoes, and apples are generally recommended for food-grade plastic sheets, which do not damage the surface of the fruit.

Air dryer machine
