How to make the fried peanut?
1.Peanut Sheller Machine: It's the first step for making fried peanuts, mainly to remove the shell without damaging the peanuts.
2.Peanut Grading Machine: Because the peanuts are of various sizes, the frying time is different. It is needed to grade peanuts before entering the frying process.
3.Sorting Table: To make sure the finished product tastes good, we need several persons to pick out bad peanuts when conveying.
4.Blanching Machine: Put the peanuts shelled into 90ºC water in order to remove red skin easily.
5.Peanut Peeler: Used for removing red skin of peanuts, the peeling rate is more than 98%.
6.Frying Machine: It has electric heating and gas heating for option. Keep the oil temperature between 150-160 degrees.
7.Deoiling Machine: It uses the centrifugal motion as its working principle that the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed to discharge oil.
8.Cooling Machine: Because of the high temperature when frying, the peanuts need to be cooled for seasoning and packing, which keeps the taste.
9.Blender: Mixer seasonings( like salt, sugar, Ajinomoto, etc) together.
10.Seasoning Machine: For making the peanuts with a variety of flavors, briny, hot, sweet all can be produced.
11.Packing Machine: We have kinds of types of packing machines for making different shapes, such as back sealing, vacuum packing, triangle bag, etc. The finished product is suitable for wholesalers.
