The equipment is equipped with universal wheels, which can be freely pushed and placed from all angles, saving manpower.

After the material enters the equipment, the surfing device sprays water above and in front of the material, pushing the material forward to avoid a large accumulation of material at the inlet in order to affect the cleaning quality and save manpower.
Under the combined work of bubbles, surfing, lifting, and spraying, the equipment has the characteristics of high cleaning, energy saving, water saving, stable and reliable equipment, and maintaining the original color.
Because the material is churning in the steam-water mixture, the material damage caused by bumping, knocking and scratching in the cleaning process can be effectively avoided, the work efficiency is improved.

A secondary flushing nozzle is installed at the climbing point of the discharge outlet. The material that washed by bubble rolling on the mesh belt and lifted to the climbing point of the discharge outlet can have a secondary flushing with clean water to avoid secondary pollution.

The equipment is equipped with a circulating water pump and a filtration water tank, which enables the recycling of cleaning water and automatically replenishes and updates the water according to the actual situation.
