Rice milling plant of brief introduction

This model is a special big-scale equipment for paddy rice processing. Named 6LN-15-A.It comprises a feeding hopper, paddy husking unit, separating unit for brown rice and chaff, milling unit air jet blower,etc.

The rice huller machine consists of 9 parts, and is a whole processing line to process the rice, removing the rice husk and other impurities during work. Its capacity is 600-700kg/h and you get rice with high quality.  In recent years, we have exported this paddy miller to such countries as Thailand, Nigeria, Vietnam, Nigeria, etc, and those countries mainly market for it, thus our company has already built a long-term partnership with them. In addition, the warranty for an integrated rice milling unit is 2 years.

Rice milling machine of working principle

1. Paddy first goes into the machine through a vibrating sieve and magnet device and then passes a rubber roller for hulling.

2. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the machine can finish the process of cleaning, husking,air blowing selecting, milling, and polishing in succession.

3. The husk, chaff, runtish paddy, and white rice are pushed out of the machine respectively.
