Work flow:
1.Peanut roasting machine: Put peanuts into the peanut roasting machine,adjust the baking temperature through the electric control cabinet.The machine has a tray to collect waste and can bake materials with or without electricity.
2.Conveyor:The baked material is transferred to the cooling belt by a conveyor belt.
3.Cooling belt: The roasted peanuts enter into the cooling belt and are cooled by a few fans.
4.Half-grain peeling machine:The cooled peanuts enter through the feeding port, remove the red skin, separated into peanut half grain.
5.Selection equipment: It is suitable for conveying, sorting and receiving peanuts,people sort waste by hand.
6.Hoist: Good peanuts are lifted into the storage silo.
7.Storage silo: The peanuts are storaged into the storage silo.
8.Colloid mill: Peanuts are ground into peanut butter through the colloid mill.
9.Sauce tank: Peanut butter is entered into the sauce tank for a short time storage.
10.Mixing tank: The tank has a layer, which lind with water to cool the peanut butter.
11.Vacuum tank: The peanut butter is vacuumed, degassed and sterilized.
12.Storage tank:The tank has not a layer, which can be seasoned with other ingredients.
