Application

This machine scrap or waste copper wire or cable separator is specializing in scrap copper wires or cables, the wires or cables' diameter should be below 20 mm. The scrap copper wires/cables can be crushed by this machine firstly, then the copper will be separated from PVC plastic by this machine automatically.
This machine with a PCL control system, can recycling 99% copper from scrap copper wires/cables. When processing the scrap/waste copper wires/cables, also has no dust, has no environmental pollution.

Machine Structure

Working principle:
Under the action of the wind, the two kinds of different density materials are deflected by the amplitude movement of the screen surface at a certain angle, so that the dense copper wire is pressed against the screen to face the copper outlet, and the plastic skin with small density floats on the copper. The wire flows to the skin outlet to achieve the purpose of copper plastic separation.
