Working Principle of hammer mill:
The hammer mill is composed of a rotor equipped with hammers and fixed on the main shaft, and a toothed plate or screen installed on the periphery of the rotor. The motor and the rotor are generally directly connected to the drive. The grinder generally uses the upper feed, and the material enters the hammer. In the gap between the sieve and the sieve, in the suspended state, it is strongly hit by the hammer that rotates at a fixed line speed and becomes a number of broken particles. The material hits the sieve or the tooth plate in the tangential direction of the circular path of the hammer movement The crushed particles pass through the sieve holes and are discharged out of the machine as qualified materials. The unqualified materials rebound again and are hit by the hammer again to achieve the purpose of crushing.
