Charcoal production steps:

1. Use the drum chipper machine to crush your wood log or branches into wood chips, the size of the wood chips normally is 5cm.
2. Put the wood chips into the hammer mill machine, the hammer mill machine can crush them into sawdust, the final size of the sawdust should less than 3-5 mm, then they are easy to shape.
3. Through the rotary dryer machine, to dry the sawdust. The moisture content of sawdust should less than 8-12%. If the moisture content bigger than 12%, they are too wet, will wear the inside of the sawdust briquette machine, but if they are less than 8%, they will hard to shape.
4. After drying, we need to put the sawdust into the sawdust briquette machine, through high temperature and high pressure, the biomass briquettes will be produced.
5. At last, we can use the hoisting carbonization furnace. Put the biomass briquettes into a carbonization furnace, then use wood or coal as a heating source to heat the machine, after 8-10 hours, you can get the charcoal.
