Work Flow

Work flow:
1.Put the water, flour and sugar into the dough mixer, after about a few minutes, take out the dough.
2.Put the dough into the biscuit molding machine, and print the biscuit billets of various shapes and weights through the die rolls.
3.The biscuit is heated in the hot-wind rotary oven, controlled by PLC, and the internal situation of the oven can be watched through the window
4.Baked cookies after cooling, can be directly packaged, the packing machine can fault diagnosis, automatic bag cutting.

Machine Structure

Structure of biscuit making machine:
The split body is provided with an adjustment mechanism through which the blade can be adjusted to the best position. The special design of the printing roller eliminates the problem of uneven splitting caused by blade wear. Embossing rollers are located approximately vertically for easy replacement.
