Sawdust briquette machine also called forming machine can produce the sawdust briquette.It is the very important ptocess for making charcoal.This machine can be used sawdust,rice husk ,coffee ground ,peant shell ,bamboo sawdust as raw material.The raw material size should less than 3-5mm,moisture should less than 8%-12%.The raw material without any binder after high temperature and high presspure to be extruded the sawdust briquette with hole,the normal shape is hexagon shape and square shape with 5 cm diameter and 15-40cm length,this final length can be controled by the baffle.
This machine have motor ,v-belt,control cabinet,charging hopper,heating ring,mould ,outlet and baffle.
The working process is the mortor drive the v-belt,v-belt drive the shaft,the shaft will drive the screw,then the screw will push the raw material into the mould,throught the heating rings make raw material gather together and forming,final can be produced square shape and hexagon shape sawdust briquette.

1. Thick bearing, 100cm
2. The screw is wear-resistant, strong in hardness, and the angle is relatively good. We will grinder and weld the screw to make it suitable for 80% of raw material,the screw material is 45# steel.
3. Machine body and machine base: bearing base integrated machine, steel plate thickness, the whole machine body is very thick, long service life.
4. V-belt: C type belt, wider than B type,longer machine life
5. Motor: Famous motor, Huate motor, all copper core motor
6.The electrical appliance inside the control panel is Great Wall Huanyu
7. Quality inspection: technicians test for half a year and solve various problems before putting it on the market. Each machine will be tested before shipment. Each body is manufactured on our professional factory machine tools, and each bearing has a factory number.
8.Work before delivery: Test machine video, machine detail drawing (motor, spare parts), whether the wooden box packing drawing is intact.Wooden box packaging: 9-15mm composite board (three plywood and plywood)
