1. High biological value: the protein content of high-quality fishmeal is above 60%, and some are as high as 70%;

2. Higher energy: higher fat, fishmeal contains about 10%-14% fat;

3. High trace element content: especially zinc and selenium are the highest.

4. High digestibility: Chicken digestibility of fishmeal protein and fat is 91%-93% and 78%-91% respectively.

Working Procedure of Fish Meal Production Line

1.Put the fish or other raw material into the crusher to get a smaller size, we have a single shaft and double shafts for choice;

2.The small fish is transported to fish cooker machine by screw conveyor;

3.Using the fish cooker machine which can be matched steam heating or electric heating, the materials can be sterilized and cooked well, just need about 20 minutes. The cooking temperature is about 150ºC-160ºC.

4.After cooking, the fish cooked will enter squeezing machine for separating solid and liquid, the liquid squeezed enters horizontal centrifuge for processing fish oil and albumen, while the solid fish residue is transported to dryer machine for further processing.

5. Through the dryer machine matched with the boiler, the water content of the finished product is ≤10%.

6.Put the fish meal into the screening machine for cooling and sieving, normally from 3mm to 5mm fish meal is required.

7.If there is still a bigger size fish meal, you can put it into a flour mill machine.
