This fried peanut production line includes the peanut peeling machine, frying machine, seasoning machine, packaging machine, and other machines necessary for making fried peanuts, which can complete the fully automatic production of fried peanuts.
Food Washing Blanching Machine: This is the first step in making fried peanuts. The peanuts need to be washed and blanched to keep the peanuts clean.
Peanut Peeling Machine: This machine can be used to remove the red skin of peanuts to obtain complete peeled peanuts for the next step of frying.
Hoister: Use the hoist to put the peeled peanuts into the fryer for frying, saving time and effort.
Frying Machine: After peeling, the raw materials are transported to the frying machine by conveyor and hoister. The tipping-bucket frying machine can be used by electricity or gas. It is connected with a hoister to achieve full automatic production.
Deoiling Machine: Adopts centrifugal operation principle, high oil discharge efficiency.
Cooling Machine: The Cooling Machine is for air-drying peanut which had been fried and deoiled, to keep the crisp taste of peanuts and broad beans.
Seasoning Machine: After cooling, the peanuts/broad beans are put into the seasoning machine to make different tastes, like spiced salt, spicy, etc. We can provide recipes for customer's needs.
Packing Machine: Last for packing, it can be packed into different shapes, like a vacuum, triangle, back seal, etc.
