Machine Application

Eddy current separators are suitable for material sorting and processing in the recycling industry, including urban solid waste, industrial waste, electronic waste, crushed glass, waste plastic doors and windows, urban wood waste, boiler bottom ash, various metal mixtures, and non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum from shredded waste vehicles.


The emergence of eddy current separators has replaced traditional manual sorting methods, offering better quality and speed in sorting.
Eddy current separators utilize the physical properties of metals as the sorting principle, employing a physical sorting method. They produce no waste gas or wastewater.


The magnetic roller of the eddy current separator can be controlled to rotate forward and backward to sort larger or smaller materials, adapting to different materials. It is particularly effective in sorting materials with a particle size of 2mm and above.
